How to properly cook soft-boiled eggs?
First imperative: choose eggs less than 10 days after laying date (to avoid any health risk because the yolk is not fully cooked). Use eggs at room temperature to avoid thermal shock.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. No need to add vinegar as we sometimes read, it could weaken the shell and therefore crack it!
When the water comes to a boil, add the eggs using a skimmer. As soon as boiling resumes, count about 6 minutes of cooking.
Meanwhile, prepare a bowl of ice water. As soon as the eggs are cooked, drop them into the bowl to stop the cooking. Tap them lightly then peel them delicately.

After plunging the eggs into ice water to cool them, peel your eggs and place them in a large bowl of cold water. Film and place everything in the refrigerator. Your eggs will keep for 24 hours without any problem.
To reheat them, place the eggs in a dish filled with lukewarm water and keep in a very low oven for a few minutes. Another option is to reheat the eggs in a bain-marie (be careful, the water should not exceed 50°C).
