All the others very fatty and sugary foods are also to be avoided before sport.

Another breakfast star, the Orange juice is however to be avoided. This food is very acidic and if you become active after consuming it, you may be bothered by bloating and pain. Also ban others sour fruitlike the tomatoes.

Like pastries, cheese is a food too fatty to be eaten before sport. Digestion will be all the more slow and complicated. If you absolutely insist on consuming cheese, especially for its protein, opt instead for a low-fat, low-calorie cheese, such as a slice of goat cheese log.

THE green vegetables are rich in fiber, so they will activate your transit while you are in the middle of a sports session. Eat low-fiber vegetables instead, and save your green beans for after exercise. We also avoid the raw vegetables before sport, for the same reasons!

Difficult to do without coffee for breakfast, but caffeine can give you stomach pain. In addition, coffee can also make you want to have a bowel movement. Not ideal during physical activity.

THE spices are difficult to digest, and can cause heartburn, aggravated by physical exertion. Do not therefore consume any spicy dish before playing sports, or even pepper or the mustard.

Finally, the last category of food to avoid before sport: soft drinks. Their bubbles slow digestion, cause bloating, gas, and belching, all of which we prefer to avoid during physical exercise. Moreover, the soda cause a glycemic peak because of their high content of fast sugars. This then causes a drop in energy during the sports session. So prefer to drink plain water.
